Tzatziki is by far our most ordered dip, but I think people forget we essentially have a dressing version of it too. We take our tzatziki that we produce ourselves, AKA the same recipe we sell in grocery stores. So some of it worst tier our restaurants, some go to places like Whole Foods, and then we pack it with dill, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Everything gets blended until the consistency is thinner, so almost like a vinaigrette, and then we bottle it all up before servin
