Transcript excerpt
Day 74 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. By popular demand, I'm bringing back my catchphrase. Let's go. Better starts now. tier push ups. I almost forgot. My shorts are too short. 25 jump squats. 20 laying leg raises. Say that 10 times fast. That just happened. 10 pull ups. It's bound to happen at some point. Scraped my good, hurt my toe. Who cares? 75 push ups. 50 jump squats. 40 laying leg raises total. Let's double check. 20 pull ups total. 100 push ups total. 30 jump lunges. Minute and a half plank. 125 push ups total. Last time. So this is how I looked on day one, and this is what I look like now. Figured at some point this was gonna fall. Still scared me though and didn't feel good, but I'm fine. I ordered some at home dip bars, So now I can add those in. The dip bar gets here today, and then my kettlebell gets here tomorrow. I'm not totally sure what workouts I should be doing with the kettlebell. So any help is greatly appreciated. As usual, thanks for being here. God bless. Have a good one. See you.
