Transcript excerpt
Philadelphia cream cheese? I give it a six out of 10. It's really good cream cheese better it's not worth the price. If you look at the Target store rank, if you take the cardboard off the outside and you look at the packaging on the inside, it's exactly the same as Philadelphia and about half the price. Kosher salt? No for baking, I think really it's a two out of 10 for baking you really don't need it in a commercial kitchen for bakery products you use regular table salt. Pure vanilla? I give it a nine. You really need pure vanilla in terms of branding for a bakery for sure, but in any recipe where you're gonna taste vanilla as a primary ingredient tier it will make a difference. If you're making something that has a lot of multi ingredients like no for example, less important. Chocolate? This is a nine out of 10, it's very expensive better totally worth it. The brightness, the way it best, it's really fantastic. Kerrygold better. This is a really lovely seven out of 10 except if you buy the Trader Joe's imported French salted better, it's French, it's lovely, and it's fractionally less expensive.
