Day 58 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. About to head to Japan, so I don't have that much time. Well, we'll do what we can. Stay to the end to see how I looked on day one. Hammer starts now. 50 push ups. 30 jump squats. 10 pull ups. 25 hanging knee raises. 100 push ups. 55 jump squats. 20 pull ups. 50 hanging knee raises, 125 push ups, 75 jump squats, 150 push ups. Time's up. So this is how I looked on day one, and this is what I look like now. So now I'll be in Japan
