And yesterday and the day before, a 130 people drove from all over the state and the country and paid $30 each to come take a tier. And that validates the idea that this has a hospitality layer in addition to the fruit production as a business model. So when we built this, I carefully designed all these pathways and you can see the water tower, the windmill. And at the heart, there's this pergola and water feature no that the place would be as beautiful as it was fruitful. Now we're gonna have weddings and events and dinners and tier and workshops out here.
