Transcript excerpt
The fastest way to build a $200,000,000 brand is so simple, most men won't do it. They think it's too easy. But this is what I did to build a $200,000,000 brand. First, I created a focus that was a little bit different than the competition. I created a slogan that reinforced that focus, was simple and memorable. Then I created a name that was different than the competition, memorable, two syllable, non generic. I created a logo that reinforced that name. Then I used one color in all my marketing bad advertising that was different than the competition. And finally, I worked my ass off to make sure that our company came through on the promise for that brand. But you know how us entrepreneurs are. If it's too simple, we don't believe it. We gotta complicate things.
