Transcript excerpt
All the snacks I get at Costco is a guy that works out twenty minutes a day and is trying to build a bad of okay physique. For reference, this is me day one, and this is what I look like now. I have three rules for my snacks, and ideally it fits all three, but it has to at least fit two. Rule one for me is high in protein, and what that means is at least 10 grams of protein per one hundred hundred calories. And that leads us directly to rule two, which is low in calories. If the snack is over 200 or even a 150 calories, it is not low in calories. And last better certainly not least is that it needs to be tasty. I don't eat crap that I don't enjoy just because it's high protein and low calories. I gotta like it. So did I miss anything? You having fun?
