Transcript excerpt
Come with me to my bad shop here on PCH in Newport Beach. This is Yoki shop rank and owned by my dad, Jeff Yokoyama, but people call him Yoki. He's been in the fashion industry for almost fifty years no, and he just turned 70 this month, but still goes into the shop better day. When he was 24, he started a brand called Maui and Sons and went on to create modern amusement and a few other brands that really shaped the fashion industry at the time. His current line is called Mucho La which pulls a lot of inspiration from his family and time spent in Hawaii. Also, he specializes in one off pieces that you rank only find here at Yoki Show. His store has become more like a fashion museum than anything and a place where you can come and get inspired, find a treasure, and leave with tons of stories because my dad loves to talk. Anyways, if you find yourself in the OC area, stop by my dad's tier and see it for yourself. Hope to see you soon. Peace.
