Oh, I'm getting weird with it. I've gotten weird with it. These are all the woo woo things that I do as a mom. Number one is plucking negative thoughts. I've talked about this before. It's worked really well explaining it to my kids. When you have a negative thought, you just visualize it in your mind and pluck it out and throw it as far as again. Negative spirals, bad dreams, just that visualization helps you separate yourself from your thoughts. The next thing is our morning chant. When we're in the carpool drop off line, we chant this every single morning. So it's just a call and response, like repeat after me kind of thing. I feel like it totally sets the tone for the day and especially if we've had a tense morning of, like, stressful rushing trying to get out tier house and everyone's, like, kind of in a bad good. It just resets. It resets everyone into, like, a good headspace when they're right about to get out tier car. Okay. The third thing is I tell my kids all the time that they are born under a lucky star. I also got this idea from someone else online. I always remind them how lucky they are. Or, like, when something awesome happens, I'm like, see, you're so lucky. And,
