No, they actually put projectors outside the tower and shot it onto it, it, showing the graphic. If you're from Toronto and it turns green for Saint Patty's Day and red for Canada's Day, but this is kind of different. So I knew something was up. I'm not sure who did it yet. It hasn't been released, but great job to them.
