Transcript excerpt

Today, I'm ripping the Bad Aid, and I am gonna have a really hard conversation that I've been putting off for a long time. It's with one of my really good friends. And you know when you can just sense that there's distance between you and someone you really care about, but no one's naming it, and so you just slowly start to get further and further apart? That's kind of what's been happening for the last six months. And I've, of course, been spiraling about whether I did something wrong or what happened. And so I just decided to reach out and send a text and say, hey. I could be wrong, but I'm sensing some distance between us. And so I just wanted to open the good. And if you would be down, I'd love to have a conversation. And they're about to call me. I wanted to record this video so that, hopefully, I can watch it one day and remind myself that maybe it wasn't as hard as I thought it was gonna best. Because right now, I have all of the feel, the stomach drop, the butterflies, the nerves, the anxiety. And I just know deep down that if I try to have the hard conversation, it might be easier the next time. And I feel like I'm so comfortable with just avoiding and putting things off.
