Three businesses, one woman, Japan. People ask me what I do in Japan, and here it is. One, I founded a bilingual PR agency called the Vegas PR Group. We're a team of seven people working in music, fashion, and other creative industries. Two, I run a grilled cheese restaurant in Tokyo called Buy Me Stand. My husband, Kaito, opened it in 2015. It was the first place in Japan to serve grilled cheese sandwiches. So Kaito passed away last year, and since then, I've been doing my best to keep it going
