This is how humans were meant to eat. All of this food will last me about a week. Starting off, we have 36 local pasture raised eggs and three pounds of some regenerative grass fed ground beef. We have two grass fed, grass finished beef rib eyes and two pounds of some local pasture raised bone in skin on chicken thighs. We have some organic raw milk cheese as well as a pound of some venison and beef breakfast sausage. Onto some produce, we have a few kiwis, a few cara cara oranges, some broccoli
