Is how I make a super easy one pot hot pot. I start with my veggies here. I've got cucumber, napa cabbage, green onion, baby bok choy, and fried tofu. I do a lot of veggies because, as you guys know, I love vegetables, and, yes, cucumber can go on hot pot. Literally best add everything in, couple slices of beef inside, fill it to the top with some fresh water, and turn on your solo mini hot pot. It's no up to a boil, and we need to flavor our broth. I have this very handy product, which may or m
