Explaining art with scientific principles from @chels.mov
The creator, a biophysics PhD student and artist, introduces the concept of "the physiology of art." She explains that the universal principle across all art forms is "tension and release," comparing it to breathing. She illustrates this concept first with music (the build-up and drop in EDM), then with visual art (color contrast and chiaroscuro in Renaissance and modern paintings), and finally with fashion (paradoxical shapes in designs by Thierry Mugler and Comme des Garçons), before concluding with a call to action to follow her for more content.
