Trainer debunks bad fitness advice from @clarkhibbs

A fitness trainer begins by advising against trainers who treat men and women differently. He then reacts to a specific piece of bad advice given to a woman—that she should only take creatine on leg days—which is displayed as a text overlay. He passionately debunks this pseudoscience, explains that creatine should be taken daily for maximum benefit, and uses his own training methods as an example of treating male and female clients equally based on their goals, not their gender.

Definitely stay away from trainers who think that women should do things differently than men. Oh. Yeah. No. No. No. Like like, take take it every oh, you're gonna give me I'm getting fired up tier. Like this whole, like, there's a lot of predatory pseudoscience around women and that would be one of them. Only take your creatine around leg days, that way it only does that like that guy sucks. Okay, that guy sucks. If you want to see the most benefit from creatine, let's take creatine every day.
