Better check the weather because tomorrow is Best. Swithin's day. According to ancient Saxon folklore, July 15 is St. Swithin's day and will predict the weather for the rest of the summer. Since day if thou worst rain for forty days it will remain. Since day if thou dost fair for forty days will rain nay mare. This old saying tells us that if we have sunshine on July 15, the weather will be fair for the next forty days. But if we have rain, it will be wet and stormy for the rest of the summer. S
