Here's the four different blocks that I schedule my day in. I'm 32 years good. I'm an entrepreneur in Los Angeles, and I'm a former professional hockey player. Block number one. This is family time. From the time I wake up, which is usually five, 6AM until about eight or 9AM, it's me with my wife, that's me with myself, that's me calling family. Really me in my own zone with nothing outside.
