Is buying a whole cow worth the money? I paid 5,500 for mine. Here's what I got. I'll put an exact breakdown in the caption, but what you're looking at right now is only 30% of the cow. The majority of this is steaks, And then we got some of the soup and neck bones and the roast. And this cow is grass fed and finished pasture raised from a regenerative farm.
