ASMR fish filleting and cooking from @omaweii

A chef with tattooed arms prepares a whole red fish on a light-colored cutting board. They trim the fins with scissors, cut off the head, scale the body, and expertly fillet the fish, removing the pin bones. Finally, they place a piece of the fillet skin-side up on a wire rack and pour hot oil over it, causing the scales to puff up and become crispy.
