Chef proves critic wrong skill from @omaweii

The creator, a chef, recounts receiving a negative comment criticizing his 'Katsuramuki' knife technique. He explains that he took the criticism personally, practiced his skill, and then proceeds to demonstrate the technique, creating an impressively long, paper-thin sheet from a daikon radish, which he holds up to rhetorically ask if it's now thin enough.

Somebody in the comment section commented on my Katsura Muki, saying it wasn't thin enough and, that my technique was rank. So good it quite personally. Didn't really sleep well that night. So I woke up the next day, came in, sharpened my knives. Yeah. Practice. I came in here and practiced. Hopefully it's thin enough now. Is it thin enough? Is it thin enough? I don't know.
