This is everything that I'm consuming over the next week eating single ingredient whole foods. Starting off with animal products, I went to a local farm and I got 36 corn and soy free pasture raised eggs. I also got two regenerative beef rib eyes as well as two pounds of regenerative ground beef. Onto some produce, we have an assortment of some organic berries.
