Couple of things I'm seeing a lot of in Mexico, CMU construction, concrete and masonry units, with plaster applied on top, lot of flat roofs, lot of tier up their walls. I noticed they do a totally different method of poking or waterproofing at the tops of the parapets than we do in the Bad Area because we have so much more rain. I also am observing a lot of metal roofs. I actually love metal roofs. Metal roofs are, like, the perfect kind of roof in my opinion. This is just a corrugated better.
