Tier are the top 10 highest fiber fruits. Part two. Number 10, prunes. Serving in prunes has 3.4 grams of fiber. The sorbitol in prunes acts as a natural laxative. Be careful with these guys. They're easy to overeat, and you'll be fatter and poopier for it. Number nine, pomegranate. Pomegranate have 3.5 grams of fiber per serving and are mostly insoluble fiber from the seed. You also get a ton of antioxidants. Skip the juice, which is full of sugar, and go with the fruit. Number eight, oranges.
