Transcript excerpt
Everyone is telling you what to eat for your fiber. I'm gonna teach you how to eat your fiber. First, the two to one ratio for soluble and insoluble. If you're getting 30 grams of fiber a day, you want 20 grams of fiber to be insoluble fiber and 10 grams to be soluble fiber. Soluble fibers like Olipop or my favorite, liquid salad, produce more gas, but are crucial for snatching that waste, regulating your blood sugar, and helping you live longer. Insoluble fibers like broccoli, chia seeds, or popcorn push your logs through and don't produce a lot of gas. Second, the one to one ratio for water with your fiber. You wanna drink one glass of water for every serving of fiber. Water is gonna hydrate your logs and keep them moving so that they clear your b hole at the end of the day. The last thing you want is thick dry logs sitting in your bum bum, keeping you from falling asleep. Follow and let me know if this was helpful.
