Why do my eyes water? I'm Doctor. Manan Shah with Windley Health. I'm an ENT and an allergist. Inside your eye, on the lateral side, there's a gland called the lacrimal gland. This gland produces tier, and tears help wash bacteria and dirt and other pathogens out of your eyes.
