Philadelphia cream cheese? I give it a six out of 10. It's really good cream cheese, but it's not worth the price. If you look at the Target store brand, if you take the cardboard off the outside and you look at the packaging on the inside, it's exactly the same as Philadelphia and about half the price. Kosher salt? Not for baking. I think really it's a two out of 10 for baking. You really don't need it in a commercial kitchen for bakery products. You use regular table salt. Pure vanilla? I give
