Deboning turducken, surgeon style tutorial from @seattlehanddoc

Truducket one zero one. Surgeon style. Episode one. Boning. Make an incision straight down the backbones and cut through the joint capsule and pop out the hip, then dissect up to the shoulder. Cut right through the shoulder joint to free the shoulder and wing. Next, dissect out the carcass with the knife. Keep the blade almost flat along the breast and carefully dissect around.
