Here's how to do that rounded pixel effect tier lazy way. This website makes it so easy. Adjust the pixel size, add a little distortion, type whatever you want. Photomosh is also about as easy as it gets. Among all of these effects, it's called dot matrix. Adjust the count, change the size, even adjust the blur, or last do what Rudy did.
