Here's one you may have seen before. This is Brebe Rouge d'Argentale from Lyon in France. This is a sheep's milk cheese, a little bit rare to have a soft cheese made of sheep's milk. And then the name comes from the orange coated annatto rind that they put on there. So this one's nice and ripe. It's gonna be super buttery, super tangy. This especially, like these cream added soft cheeses, I love them with fresh fruit. This is gonna be going if it's my board, raspberries.
