I'm Chris, and I'm the chef for EF Pro Bikers. My job is to hydrate, keep the bikers fueled. I'm gonna make three ride breakfast. Some frozen banana, double espresso, maple syrup, oats, dark chocolate chips, toasted hazelnuts, oatly barista.
