Transcript excerpt

Day 100 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. The plan for today, I'm going to recreate the same workout that I did on day one. And once I surpass, what I did on day one, I'm just gonna see what I can do in twenty minutes of just jump squats and just push ups. I'm scared, but you do it anyway. And honestly, most days, I don't do more than a 100 push ups still because now I've incorporated, like, other things. How'd you guys talk me into doing this? 75 jump squats total. Guys, I feel sick. 125 push ups total. 90 jump squats total. 150 push ups total. 105 jump squats total. 175 push ups total. 125 jump squats total. Best time. So this is how I looked on day one. And this is what I look like now. I just wanna say a big thank you to all of you. I've never worked out this consistently in my life. I started all of this really just to give myself some accountability. I had no idea it was gonna turn into all that it has. So grateful for all of you for supporting me. Everyone's been so
