Day 100 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. The plan for today, I'm going to recreate the same workout that I did on day one. And once I surpass, what I did on day one, I'm just gonna see what I can do in twenty minutes of just jump squats and just push ups. I'm scared, but you do it anyway.
