1,700 cookies in forty eight hours. Let's do this. A customer ordered a 113 of our mini boxes on Friday morning with the request that they are shipped out on Monday. That's 1,700 cookies coming out of my apartment oven in forty eight hours, not including my other weekly orders that still needed to be fulfilled. No hesitation. Of course, I said yes. Friday was all about the dough because if you know, the dough must be chilled. The dough was made and abracadabra, it was time to shape the cookies.
